Piuma: Eco-Friendly Vinyl Record

The self-titled Piuma EP is a progressive rock album inspired by Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and Bob Marley—recorded with green energy and released on eco-friendly vinyl. The Vinyl Factory asked: "Is this the most environmentally friendly vinyl record ever made?" Every aspect was designed to minimize impact: recycled materials, carbon offsets through tree planting (Arbor Day Foundation, TreePeople). Released as a hand-numbered limited edition, featured by Modern Vinyl, selected by VNYL and Vinylmnky curated subscription services.  The project generated industry attention for sustainable vinyl manufacturing, leading to press coverage in Pitchfork Magazine for manufacturing partners Stoughton Printing and RTI.
