Promotion & Publicity
Shining Light Records utilizes its network of journalist, editor, and publicist contacts to reach the public with pre- and post-event articles.  Logos and organizational information are included on all event promotional materials and advertisements, which are distributed within the regional area.

The Concert
At the peak of the event a brief ceremony takes place in which commemorative plaques are presented to representatives from participating organizations.  A professional photographer hired by Shining Light Records will capture the drama and honor of the moment, along with photographers from attending publishers.

The Pamphlet
The Rising World Pamphlet is distributed to all attendees at the concert.  The pamphlet contains information and resources regarding living an environmentally responsible lifestyle.  Logos of all participating parties are included as well as more detailed information about the nonprofit and businesses involved.

Artists & Fans
A variety of artists are booked to perform, drawing a diverse crowd of attendees to the event.  What binds all the artists together is the uplifting spirit and positive outlook within their music.


Nonprofits
Socially or environmentally-geared nonprofits participate in the event, using the concert as an opportunity to raise funds and bring awareness to their cause and organization.  In addition, Rising World Benefit Concerts provides the chance for socially-oriented nonprofits to make the commitment to adopt environmentally responsible operating practices.

Businesses
Participating businesses also pledge to adopt green operating practices and are celebrated for doing so. Businesses have the option of sponsoring the event, to raise more funds for the nonprofit by subsidizing event costs.  Such sponsors receive premier logo and information placement in promotional materials and press releases.

The Venue
In addition, the venue commits to converting to green operating practices, while also supporting the cause of the participating nonprofit through its promotional abilities.  Beverage revenue and positive publicity from the philanthropic support given to the event generate business for the venue.
